I just wasn't a good blogger and thats all there is to it
i was inspired/ threatened to write a blog. the last thing i want to be is OFF brent mckinney's list of links...
December 25, 2005, i went to my favorite state. New York. it was beyond incredible. i saw Rent, the Rockettes, and Blue man Group (rent being by far the best)
things i LOVED about New York:
1. I walked miles and miles and miles and miles and for some reason it just didn't hurt. not my feet, or legs or anything.
2. its COLD. something texans aren't used to... we deffinetely layered like crazy.
3. my sisters were with me for 1 week. 7 days. 168 hours. and every minute was incredible.
4. the lights. i know you hear about NYC lights and how fabulous eveything and everyone is. but you have to see it. it cannot be described.
5. I love how the signs for the subway are so incredible when the subway itself so is NOT. unless you had a subway buddy like me...
6. i also love how you don't have to feel stupid taking a picture or videotaping because i swear so many people are tourists.
7. i love that my family got in a line and sang "new york new york" in the middle of the street (my mother was videotaping)
8. i love that the toys 'R' us had a ferris wheel inside.
9.. there are a million opportunites for incredible pictures......

This is the best one of our whole family i think.... at the big iceskating rink
i love the pictures we got like this. they're just so cool...

oh my gosh we were in line for statue of liberty and the line started to move and we were taking the picture so we started laughing so hard... we had starbucks that morning...that MAY have something to do with it!

CENTRAL PARK!!!

Me and ali being weirdos in front of some huge building.
Anyway the trip was incredible. unbelievable. wonderful.and i WILL live in that city at some point in my life.... ok?
